VERO BEACH, FL—Samantha Jewel Hernandez does not like to take ‘no’ for an answer.

According to an Indian River Sheriff’s Office arrest report, shortly after midnight on Monday, a deputy was dispatched on a disturbance call.

Upon arriving on the scene, the deputy encountered Samantha Hernandez, who was “naked and belligerent” and told the deputy that she “didn’t do anything to her fiancee.”

When the deputy encountered Hernandez’s fiancee, he told the deputy that “Hernandez was intoxicated and wanted to engage in him in sexual intercourse” which the fiancee declined.

Hernandez was angry that her fiancee did not want to have sex with her and began striking him and ripping his shirt, according to the report.

The deputy attempted to “make contact with Hernandez again but she was intoxicated and belligerent yelling ‘I didn’t do anything.'”

Based on her boyfriend’s statement and the evidence at the scene, Hernandez was taken into custody.

It didn’t end there, however…

After she was placed in the deputy’s vehicle, Hernandez began striking her head against the partition in the vehicle, so the deputy had to put her into a ‘hobble.’

Hernandez then closed her eyes and pretended to be unconscious.

When another officer conducted a ‘welfare check,’ Hernandez opened her eyes and spit on his arms while yelling profanities.

Hernandez was transported to the Indian River County Jail, where she was charged with two counts: Misdemeanor Battery Domestic Violence, a misdemeanor; and battery on an officer, a felony.

She posted a $6,000 bond and was released Monday afternoon.
