A #FloridaCouple Targeted Hispanics With Their Unlicensed Dentistry

“Enrique Dentistry,” a fake dentistry that was operated out by a man and woman out of a house, targeted Hispanics…until the cops busted them.

NORTH PORT, FL—A Florida couple was arrested for allegedly operating an unlicensed dentistry out of a house in North Port.

Police say that Enrique Gravier, 48, and Adriana Hoyos Gutierrez, 47, used the living room as a waiting area and the garage as the examining room and offered their services almost exclusively to Hispanics.

An affidavit says they only practiced on Hispanic clients, mostly undocumented immigrants. It also says Gravier and Gutierrez have not been paying taxes and have no medical insurance.

To get an appointment, clients would call Gutierrez and tell her they needed a cleaning in Spanish, and that someone recommended them, the affidavit says. An undercover detective used this process to gain access to the phony business which ultimately led to the duo’s arrest.

Both Gravier and Gutierrez are facing felony charges.
