JUPITER, FL—The 77-year old owner of the New England Patriots is facing charges of soliciting prostitution, according to multiple media outlets.

Kraft is “among more than 100 people linked to several central Florida day spas and massage parlors suspected of being used for prostitution and targeted by law enforcement during a months-long investigation,” reported CNN on Friday.

The evidence against Kraft and others includes graphic video.

via TMZ:

Officials say Kraft was driven to the spa by a chauffeur … and say they have video of the Pats owner “that shows the act that took place” with him inside of the spa.

The average cost per visit for services was $59 for half an hour and $79 per hour, according to police.

As for the next steps, officials say the State’s Attorney has the warrant and it will be sent to Kraft’s home in Massachusetts.

Kraft has been charged with a misdemeanor and will have to appear in court.

The Orchids of Asia Day Spa has been closed since it was raided. However, tourists–including New York Giants fans–have been flocking to the spa since the bust, according to TMZ.

“Authorities in Martin, Palm Beach and Indian River counties began releasing the names of the more than 100 patrons linked to the investigation earlier this week,” reported CNN.
